About a dozen in aggregator listings for downtown: Omni (564 rooms, the largest), Graduate by Hilton (the Biltmore), Renaissance, Hotel Providence, Neptune an Ash Hotel (the former Dean, 122 Fountain St, 52 rooms; rebrand date not found), Aloft, Hampton Inn and Suites, Hilton Garden Inn at the convention center, Homewood Suites, Residence Inn, Courtyard, The Beatrice; the Providence Marriott on Orms St sits north of the State House and is a boundary call. The Beatrice, 47 rooms at 90 Westminster St in the 1887 Exchange Building: trade coverage dates its opening October 2021 and the hotel ran a five-year promotion in 2026, though a release on the hotel's own site is dated October 2022. - Worcester Present Few: AC Hotel by Marriott (125 Front St, about 2020) and Hilton Garden Inn (35 Major Taylor Blvd); Courtyard, Homewood and Hampton at the northern fringe.
