Storefront vacancy
Not yet called
No published storefront count or rate for the boundary from the improvement district, the city, or a brokerage. A 2021 GoLocal piece says dozens of downtown storefronts were for lease, without a count. Metro shopping-center vacancy was 6.7% at the end of 2025 per a secondary tracker citing Cushman & Wakefield; that is metro inventory, not downtown storefronts, and the primary report has not been pulled. The ledger's own block-face counts will supply this row. R3 R2
